ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If the glass pipes or glass water pipes you ordered are broken take a picture and attach it to an email addressed to customerservice@alligator-glass.com with your shipping info and a new piece will be sent to you. Remember all hand blown Glass pipes and glass water pipes are made by hand and one of a kind so they may vary slightly from online pictures.

We do our best to stay stocked up and not to run out of products but if our glassblower’s get over run with orders it could take a few weeks or so to get caught up and get your order shipped. If this happens you will be compensated for your inconvenience with a free glass piece and a coupon for your next order. We appreciate your patience and business.
